DAY 1
Our representative will be there to receive the Guest at NJP Rly Station / IXB airport – He will assist guest to proceed to Kalimpong - Nearly 85 Km, 3 ½ - 4 Hours - Kalimpong is a historical destination on the old silk route - It is situated on the foothills of the Himalayas at an elevation of 4078 ft. - Kalimpong is a hill station buzzing with colourful people with lovely orchids, Gladiolus, rarest cacti and nurseries and offers spectacular views of the Mount Kanchenjunga and its range - It is ideal setting with milder climate for walks - Check into hotel - Evening free to roam around the local market or nursery – Overnight stay at Kalimpong.
DAY 2
Morning 9:00 a.m. after breakfast drive for Kalimpong sightseeing tour through scenic road – Places are visit - Forest Museum (Closed On Thursday), Deolo, Hanuman Mandir, Dr. Graham Homes, Durbin Monastery, Mangaldham, Pine View Nurseries (Cactus Only) – Evening will be at leisure – Overnight stay at Kalimpong
DAY 3
Morning 9:00 a.m. after breakfast chick-out from the hotel and proceed for Gangtok transfer – Gangtok is a perfect destination for tourist in search of enchantment, tranquillity, trekking or any other adventure - Land of monastery, mystic rituals / festivals at an elevation of 4715 ft. is the most often visited spot of India for its rare Orchids and Butterflies - Check into Hotel - Evening free to stroll to M.G. Marg or Local Market - It is advisable to have food in any of the restaurant in M. G. Road or vicinity – Overnight stay at Gangtok.
DAY 4
Morning 9:00 a.m. after breakfast drive for Lachen (altitude 8610 ft) via Seven Sister waterfalls – Lunch on the way – Reach Lachen late afternoon – Check-in to the hotel - Evening free to stroll or visit the Lachen Monastery and visit the Lepcha Village – Overnight stay at Lachen.
DAY 5
Morning after breakfast drive for Thangu (13,500 ft.) – It’s a beautiful village which is about two hours ' drive from Lachen – It’s a comfortable village where the tourists usually choose to relax before they proceed to Gurudongmar Lake (Optional) – This valley at an altitude of nearly 15800 feet – This is a holy Lake and is one of the most sacred place of worship for the Buddhist – The Lake gets frozen during winter barring a stretch which remains as water even at -20? C – The region is generally covered with snow from December to April - This is a stretch of cold desert till Tibet / China – After Lunch drive to Lachung – Overnight stay at Lachung.
DAY 6
Morning after breakfast drive for 24 km (altitude 11800 ft) to Yumthang valley & Zero Point (Optional) – Yumthang valley is known as Valley of Flowers, Yumthang is the summer grazing ground of the Yaks & winter playgrounds of Yetis – Back to hotel for lunch – Overnight stay at Lachung.
DAY 7
Morning after breakfast drive for Gangtok transfer – On the way back visit the Hot Spring considered to have medicinal properties – On arrival check-in to your Gangtok hotel – Evening free to stroll to M.G. Marg or Local Market - It is advisable to have food in any of the restaurant in M. G. Road or vicinity – Overnight stay at Gangtok.
DAY 8
Morning 8:30 a.m. after breakfast proceeds for Namchi transfer and Namchi Char Dham sightseeing – Char Dham is a famous tourist attraction in Sikkim – The whole complex is divided in to four key elements, viz., (1) Shiva Statue with 12 Jyotirlingas (2) Char Dham (3) Sai Baba Temple and (4) Kirateshwar Statue as well Nandi bull the ride of Lord Shiva, Sai Dwar, Sai Temple, Kirat Dwar and Shiv Dwar – Overall it's a nice place that gives you positive vibes – Overnight stay at Namchi.
DAY 9
Morning 9:00 a.m. after breakfast proceed for Pelling transfer – Pelling is a very small Himalayan Town in West Sikkim and it’s also the nearest motor able point of Mt. Kanchenjunga, world’s 3rd highest peak – Overnight stay at Pelling.
DAY 10
Morning 9:00 a.m. after breakfast drive for Pelling Sightseeing - Places of visit are – Pemayangtse Monastery, Rabdantse ruins, Dentham valley, Tsangey Falls and Sinsore Bridge – Back to Hotel and free evening – Overnight stay at Pelling.
DAY 11
Morning 9:00 a.m. after breakfast drive for Pelling Sightseeing - Places of visit are Rimbi Water Falls, Rimbi Rock Garden, Kechodpalri Lake, Kechodpalri Monastery, Kanchenjunga water Falls, the scenic view from the top of the ruin to the mystic heights of Kanchenjunga ranges is something to be cherished – Back to hotel – Evening free to ream around the helipad or shopping centre – Overnight stay at Pelling.
DAY 12
Morning 7:30 a.m. after breakfast check-out from hotel on time & transfer to NJP Railway station / IXB Airport for your onward journey – Tour end.

- Meal plan will start from Dinner on first day and will end with breakfast on last day – All meals have to be taken in your designated home stay / hotel itself.
- Child below 5 years is complimentary, Please carry the age proof so that it can be produced if asked by hotel. Above 5 years denote as an adult.
- Personal expenses such as Laundry, Telephone calls, Tips & gratuity, Mineral water, Soft & hard drinks, Porter charge etc are not including in package, so the extra cost will have to borne by the party.
- The tourism infrastructure in Sikkim & Darjeeling is not very developed and one should not expect or compare it with the standards of plains & other developed destinations there is always scarcity of water and power in the region and so you would come across situation like water (hot) being supplied on time basis – morning & evening.
- Check-in 12:00 hrs. / Check-out time is 11:00 hrs.
- Rooms are not on hold, rooms will be subject to availability only at the time of booking confirmation.
- Package booking to be confirmed only after getting INR 50000.00 by cash / fund transfer (Non refundable) & remain full payment will have to pay by cash only in advance before starting the journey. Otherwise HVH reserves the right to cancel the pre-booking service.
- For late Arrival / Unscheduled extensions please must be reported in advance for necessary arrangement and action.
- If by Strikes, Political Closures, War, Civil Disturbance, Natural calamity, Landslide, Non-permit, Flight / Train Cancellations, Accident, Breakdown, Weather, Sickness or any other unforeseen calamities car will go by different route, guest will be bare extra money for long route.
- North Sikkim / Tsomgo Lake / Baba Mandir / Nathula Pass permit are subject of availability.
- If Management/Agency/Authority/we are unable to provide the taxi service for any Strikes, Political Closures, War, Civil Disturbance, Natural calamity or any unforeseen calamities, that time we will refund only after deducting the expenditure of the travels.
- In case of breakdown we will be arrange swayable vehicle.
- The HVH reserves the right to forfeit the package amount, in case of any cancellations from client side during the tour.
- In case the client requiring any changes in the pre-booked service, such changes would be considered as new service. The cost for the new service is payable separately and adjustment with the cost of original service is not admissible. Such extension or alteration of the original service is subject to both HVH and the guests agreeing on the same. In case of any disagreement HVH commitment is limited to the service already booked.
- The Management/Agency/Authority/we will not undertake liability towards any damage or loss of life or any property of the tourist due to an accident, theft, robbery, any illegal or immoral activity, any penalty by caused of activities against civic rule, natural calamities during the tour.
- Vehicle for transfers & sightseeing. Vehicle will be available to guest as per itinerary only (Point to Point basis)
- Our vehicle doesn’t go to bed and narrow road. Driver decision should be final.
- Guests are requested to carry original copy of any Photo ID proof (Except Pan Card) i.e. Passport / Driving License / Voter ID / Aadhar card along with 4 copy passport size photographs.
- Children (above 5 years) / Students are requested to carry original copy of school / College Photo Identity card / Aadhar card along with 4 copy passport size photographs.
- For Infants (below 5 years) carry 4 copy passport size photographs. Also carry the original birth certificate / Aadhar card.
- Additional sightseeing or extra usage of vehicle, other than mentioned in the itinerary, will need extra cost and directly payable on the spot.
- The guest should always keep cool with the drivers as they are not tourism educated and come from different remote villages.
- As there is shortage of space for car parking in the entire Sikkim & Darjeeling region – guest will have to wait at the Lobby in time for the vehicle to start their sightseeing / transfers. Once our vehicle will leave the hotel area without picking up the guests & come back at parking stand then guest must have to arrange their own to reach at the parking stand.
- AC will not work in hill areas or stopped / parked vehicle.
- In Sikkim & Darjeeling region the same vehicles will not be providing for the entire tour, it will be changed sector-wise.
- If any tourist spot do not complete which falls on closing day & if they wants to do the same on next day then they have to pay the extra cost for the vehicle.
- If guests want any changes in their sightseeing schedule they should be informed to our executive previous day before 16:00 hrs, after that no changes are allowed. If the guest inform after 16:00 hrs it will be consider as a cancellation with no refund or guest will pay extra cost for reschedule the sightseeing.
- The guests are request to travel with minimum baggage (one baggage per person). In case of excess baggage the guest will have to opt for an extra vehicle for carrying the excess baggage. The cost for this extra vehicle will be pay by guest directly.
- In Gangtok city Traveller / Sumo or Similar will not to be enter in the GMC area. It will drop at Deorali Stand. Stand to hotel Drop / Pickup costing is not including in package.
- Vehicle subject to availability and should be providing category wise availability not model wise.
- All vehicle rates are subject to change for the increasing of fuel cost.
