DAY 1

On arrival you will be greeted and assisted by our official at NJP station / airport – Next driver will assist you for the forwarding journey to Lataguri. (100 K.M.) This place is very close to the Garumara National Park - On the way visit Sevoke Kalimandir, Coronation Bridge – Chick in to the Hotel/resort - After getting a lunch you can also enter into the Forest by Jeep safari - Depending upon the availability of tickets/entry passes - we would suggest for Jatraprasad, Chukchuki, or Chapramari watchtowers - Overnight at Lataguri Hotel/resort

Sevoke Kali Mandir or Sevokeshwari Kali Mandir is about 23 KMs from Siliguri town. Sevoke Kali Mandir is very close to banks of river Teesta and has lush greenery all round. Temple is visited both by pilgrims from far off places as well as tourists and provides amazing view of mount Kanchenjunga from here as well.

Coronation Bridge spanning across the Teesta River is the unique architecture of Sevoke and also known as Sevoke Bridge - This Bridge connects Darjeeling and Jalpaiguri districts - The bridge was named so in honour of King George VI in 1937 and construction was completed in 1941 - view of the Teesta River from the bridge is amazing.

Gorumara National Park is a relatively small park covering an area of about 80 sq. K.m. and situated in the Terai region of the Eastern Himalayan foothills. It is famous for Indian one-horned Rhino. This national park won the best National Park in the Country award in 2009 given by Ministry of Environment and Forest

DAY 2

Morning after breakfast, we take you for an excursion to Murti, Jhalong, Bindu Samsing and Sunthalekhola.

Murti is a small village by the side of the Murti River. It is an ideal picnic spot where one can enjoy the scenic beauty. Lucky ones can even catch a glimpse of elephants and other animals by the side of Murti River when they come to drink water.

Jhalong is situated on the bank of the river Jaldhaka on the Indo-Bhutan border. It lies at the foothills of the Himalayas, on the way to Bindu in Kalimpong sub-division. Jaldhaka Hydro Electricity Project on Jaldhaka River is a major attraction in this area. Bird lovers can enjoy a varied collection of hill birds as well as migratory water fowls here.

Bindu is the last village of West Bengal before one enters Bhutan. It is a beautiful valley on the bank of the river Jaladhaka. This river serves as a natural physical boundary separating West Bengal and Bhutan. Bindu is also famous for its cardamom plantations. Visit to this place is an experience worth remembering.

Samsing is a tea estate in the Dooars, a small locality of about 100 houses which has grown around the tea gardens. On the top of the hill there is a beautiful Guesthouse. The silence of the place is disturbed only by the noise of the gurgling river Murti, which flows about half a kilometer below. The drive to Samsing is through lush green tea gardens and the descending mist on the tea gardens during the monsoons is a sight to behold. It is a great spot to watch birds.

Suntalekhola or Suntaley Khola (also Suntaleykhola) is a small village and a tourist spot in the Darjeeling District of West Bengal. The altitude of the place ranges from 650 to 950 m. It gets its name from a small stream: Suntaley Khola. In Nepali, Suntaley means orange and khola means stream. This place is nearly 5 km from Samsing. The green patch on the left side of the way to Suntalekhola is amazing and holds many rarities of birds and butterflies.

DAY 3

Lava is a small picturesque town about 34 KMs from Kalimpong, surrounded by green forest, making it an ideal spot for trekking, bird watching and picnicking - The place is rich in flora and fauna and ideal for trekking, excursions, bird watching and wild life - Lava is also the point of entry for Neora Valley National Park from Kalimpong side - The trek to Neora National Park initiates from this point and all along the way the route is covered with thick green forests consisting of oak and fir trees. The Panoramic view of Jalipa passes, Rechila and Himalayan mountain ranges is an extra attraction here. Because of its height at over 2100 meters, it is one of the few places in west Bengal to receive snow in winter. There are plenty of accommodation options available here in various guest houses and lodges that have sprung here in past few years.

Lolegaon or Loleygaon is about 24 KMs from Lava and presents the most spell-bounding views of Kanchenjunga range. Jhandi Dara sunrise point is a must visit place in Lolegaon.  Its offer breathtaking views of tea estates and snow-capped Himalayas in the distance. Trekking is another activity here which is an experience in itself. This is an offbeat place which is clam and quite.

DAY 4

Morning after breakfist chick-out form Hotel/resort – next forwarding journey for Bagdogra Airport or NJP Transfer – on the way visit Gajoldoba

Gajoldoba is a reservoir formed by the first Teesta Barrage, which was built for irrigational purposes. It is surrounded by the Baikunthapur forests. The reservoir is used by many water birds from Ladakh and Central Asia – Little Grebe, Great Crested Grebe, Bar-headed Goose, Greylag Goose, Lesser Whistling Duck, Ruddy Shelduck, Common Shelduck, Cotton Teal, Tufted Duck, Common Teal, Eurasian Wigeon, Spot-billed Duck, Mallard, Great Cormorant, Indian Cormorant, Little Cormorant, Indian Pond Heron, Grey Heron, Purple Heron, Northern Lapwing, River Lapwing, Grey-headed Lapwing, Little Ringed Plover, etc.
