DAY 1
Reach NJP Railway Station / IXB Airport, meet & greet by our office executive and transfer to Darjeeling in an executive vehicle – Upon arrival complete check-in formalities at your pre-booked hotel and spend rest of the day at leisure – Overnight stay at Darjeeling.
DAY 2
Early morning at around 4:00 a.m. drive to Tiger Hill, Batasia loop & Ghoom Monastery – Back to hotel within 8.00 a.m. – After breakfast Half Day city tour includes Padmaja Naidu Zoological Park, Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (Closed on Thursday), Ropeway, Tensing Rock, Tea Estate Visit, Natural History Museum (Sunday Closed) - Back to hotel – Overnight stay at Darjeeling.
DAY 3
After breakfast 8:00 a.m. check out from the hotel on time and transfer to Gangtok in a comfortable vehicle – On arrival complete check-in formalities at the hotel and tonight, enjoy local/Indian cuisine – Evening one is free to stroll around – Overnight stay at Gangtok.
DAY 4
Morning 9:00 a.m. after breakfast drive for Lachen (altitude 8610 ft) via Seven Sister waterfalls – Lunch on the way – Reach Lachen late afternoon – Check-in to the hotel - Evening free to stroll or visit the Lachen Monastery and visit the Lepcha Village – Overnight stay at Lachen.
DAY 5
Morning after breakfast drive for Gurudongmar lake - A valley at an altitude of nearly 15800 feet – This is a holy Lake and is one of the most sacred place of worship for the Buddhist – The Lake gets frozen during winter barring a stretch which remains as water even at -20? C – The region is generally covered with snow from December to April - This is a stretch of cold desert till Tibet / China - After Lunch drive to Lachung – Overnight stay at Lachung
DAY 6
Morning after breakfast drive for 24 km (altitude 11800 ft) to Yumthang-valley – Known as Valley of Flowers, Yumthang is the summer grazing ground of the Yaks & winter playgrounds of Yetis - After lunch drive for Gangtok – On the way back visit the Hot Spring considered to have medicinal properties – On arrival check-in to your Gangtok hotel – Overnight stay at Gangtok.
DAY 7
Morning after breakfast near about 7:00 a.m. – Permits are made for one day visit to Tsomgo Lake (height 12310 ft. & depth 50 ft.) & Baba Mandir – This is nearly 48 km drive and takes nearly 2.5 hours – Tsomgo lake is one of the holy lake of the region - A temple of Lord Shiva is built on the lakeside - Primula flowers and other alpine plantation provide an immaculate beauty to this place - Till April it is full of snow and lay frozen – Nathula Pass visit has to be arranged the previous Night when Voters ID card will be asked for – Nathula Pass (India China Border 14200 ft.) once booked the amount is not refunded even if the trip get cancelled - Back to hotel for lunch or lunch on the way - The rest of the day is free - Evening one is free to stroll around M. G. Marg or the Local Market – Overnight stay at Gangtok.
DAY 8
Morning 9:00 a.m. after breakfast proceed for Gangtok local sightseeing - Institute of Tibetology (Timing: 09.00 hrs to 13.00 hrs) - Ganesh Tok - Hanuman Tok - Cottage Industry - Flower Show - White hall - Tashi View Point – The visit to all these places are done with leisure and we advise our guest to follow - Evening one is free to stroll around - Overnight stay at Gangtok.
DAY 9
Morning 7:00 a.m. after breakfast check-out from hotel on time & transfer to Jaigaon / Phuntsholing in a reserve vehicle – Upon arrival complete check-in formalities at your pre-booked hotel and spend rest of the day at leisure – Overnight stay at Jaigaon / Phuntshoing.
DAY 10
Morning 7:30 a.m. after breakfast check-out from the hotel – After complete the permit processing journey for Thimpu – On the way natural see – After arrival complete check-in to the hotel – Overnight stay at Thimpu.
DAY 11
Morning after breakfast proceed Thimphu sightseeing – Textile Museum – Folk Heritage Museum – National library – After lunch visit Traditional Medicine Institute & Tashichu Dzong – It’s the summer residence of the Je Khenpo – The Tashichu Dzong is open to visitors only in winter when the Je Khenpo and the monks move to Punakha – After that proceed for Punakha permit – Back to Thimphu – Overnight stay in Thimphu.
DAY 12
Morning after breakfast check-out from the hotel and proceed for Paro transfer – On the way visit the Tamchog Lhakhang – It is situated between Thimphu and Paro and it was built in the 13th century by Thangthong Gyalpo – He is also known as the Iron bridge builder – Situated on a hill top, we have to cross an ancient style bridge to reach the temple – On arrival in Paro check-in at the hotel – Afternoon visit Ta Dzong – National Museum with an excellent collection of arts, relics, religious thangkha, Rinpung Dzong, etc. – Meaning "fortress of the heap of jewels" – The dzong now serves as the administrative and judicial seat of Paro – Overnight stay at Paro.
DAY 13
Morning after breakfast visit Drukgyel Dzong – Also visit famous Taktsang Monastery - called “Tiger's Nest” (2hrs hike from the base camp) & Kyichu Monastery – Overnight stay at Paro.
DAY 14
Morning after breakfast check-out from hotel and transfer to Jaigaon / Phuentsholing – On arrival check-in at the hotel – Overnight stay at Jaigaon / Phuentsholing.
DAY 15
Morning after breakfast or breakfast on the route – Check-out of the hotel and start for NJP Railway Station / IXB Airport for your onward journey with happy memories to cherish – Tour end.

Policy
- Booking to be confirmed only after getting the token amount of INR 5000.00 by cash / fund transfer (Non refundable) & remaining full payment will have to pay by cash only in advance before starting the journey – Otherwise HVH reserves the right to cancel the pre-booking service.
- If we get any booking from Travel Agency / Authority / Management against token amount – That time they have to libel to clear the remaining full payment – Otherwise we will be collect the remain full payment for Guest / Client directly.
- For late Arrival / Unscheduled extensions please must be reported in advance for necessary arrangement and action.
- If by Strikes, Political Closures, War, Civil Disturbance, Natural calamity, Landslide, Non-permit, Flight / Train Cancellations, Accident, Breakdown, Weather, Sickness or any other unforeseen calamities car will go by different route, guest will be bare extra money for long route.
- North Sikkim / Tsomgo Lake / Baba Mandir / Nathula Pass permit are subject of availability.
- If you can’t visit the Tsomgo Lake / Baba Mandir due to non-permit, landslide or any other reasons that time we will provide alternate sightseeing.
- If you can’t visit the Nathula Pass due to non-permit, landslide or any other reasons that time INR 1000.00 will be refundable. Nathula Pass permit is subject to availability.
- If Management/Agency/Authority/we are unable to provide the taxi service for any Strikes, Political Closures, War, Civil Disturbance, Natural calamity or any unforeseen calamities, that time we will refund only after deducting the expenditure of the travels.
- In case of breakdown we will be arrange swayable vehicle.
- The HVH reserves the right to forfeit the package amount, in case of any cancellations from client side during the tour.
- In case the client requiring any changes in the pre-booked service, such changes would be considered as new service. The cost for the new service is payable separately and adjustment with the cost of original service is not admissible. Such extension or alteration of the original service is subject to both HVH and the guests agreeing on the same. In case of any disagreement HVH commitment is limited to the service already booked.
- The Management/Agency/Authority/we will not undertake liability towards any damage or loss of life or any property of the tourist due to an accident, theft, robbery, any illegal or immoral activity, any penalty by caused of activities against civic rule, natural calamities during the tour.
- Vehicle for transfers & sightseeing. Vehicle will be available to guest as per itinerary only (Point to Point basis)
- Our vehicle doesn’t go to bed and narrow road. Driver decision should be final.
- Guests are requested to carry original copy of any Photo ID proof (Except Pan Card) i.e. Passport / Driving License / Voter ID / Aadhar card along with 8 copy passport size photographs.
- Children (above 5 years) / Students are requested to carry original copy of school / College Photo Identity card / Aadhar card along with 8 copy passport size photographs.
- For Infants (below 5 years) carry 8 copy passport size photographs. Also carry the original birth certificate / Aadhar card.
- Additional sightseeing or extra usage of vehicle, other than mentioned in the itinerary, will need extra cost and directly payable on the spot.
- The guest should always keep cool with the drivers as they are not tourism educated and come from different remote villages.
- As there is shortage of space for car parking in the entire Sikkim & Darjeeling region – guest will have to wait at the Lobby in time for the vehicle to start their sightseeing / transfers. Once our vehicle will leave the hotel area without picking up the guests & come back at parking stand then guest must have to arrange their own to reach at the parking stand.
- AC will not work in hill areas or stopped / parked vehicle.
- In Sikkim & Darjeeling region the same vehicles will not be providing for the entire tour, it will be changed sector-wise.
- If any tourist spot do not complete which falls on closing day & if they wants to do the same on next day then they have to pay the extra cost for the vehicle.
- If guests want any changes in their sightseeing schedule they should be informed to our executive previous day before 16:00 hrs, after that no changes are allowed. If the guest inform after 16:00 hrs it will be consider as a cancellation with no refund or guest will pay extra cost for reschedule the sightseeing.
- The guests are request to travel with minimum baggage (one baggage per person). In case of excess baggage the guest will have to opt for an extra vehicle for carrying the excess baggage. The cost for this extra vehicle will be pay by guest directly.
- Bhutan entry Permit is subject of availability.
- If any part of Bhutan the Indian vehicle not to be enter due to restricted zone that time if you will require any Bhutan vehicle, that extra cost will not to be including in package.
- Debit Cards/Cheques are not accepted in Bhutan. Credit cards are accepted in selected establishments in Bhutan – So please carry sufficient cash. Indian currency will work (except 500 & 2000 rupee notes).
- Tobacco & Tobacco products are banned in Bhutan. Do not bring any plant or agricultural product out of Bhutan. It is Illegal.
- In Gangtok city Traveller / Sumo or Similar will not to be enter in the GMC area. It will drop at Deorali Stand. Stand to hotel Drop / Pickup costing is not including in package.
- Vehicle subject to availability and should be providing category wise availability not model wise.
- All vehicle rates are subject to change for the increasing of fuel cost.
