DAY 1

Reach NJP Railway Station / IXB Airport, meet & greet by our office executive and transfer to Phuentsholing / Jaigaon - The Gateway of Bhutan by Road from India – It’s a thriving commercial centre on the northern edge of the Indian Plains – On arrival check in at the hotel – Overnight stay at Phuentsholing / Jaigaon.

DAY 2

After breakfast complete the immigration formalities and transfer to Thimphu (7,710 ft.) the capital city of Bhutan - On arrival check-in at the hotel – In the evening, visit the Tashichho Dzong (Fortress of the Glorious Religion) – Overnight stay at Thimphu.

DAY 3

After breakfast visit Kuensel Phodrang (Buddha Statue) a place for refreshing with a huge statue of Buddha on the top of the Kuensel Phodrang, National Memorial Chorten (Monument) & Folk Heritage Museum - Afternoon visit Sangaygang View Point, Changangkha Monastery, Takin Preserve Centre, the national animal of Bhutan can be seen here – Overnight stay at Thimphu.

DAY 4

Morning after breakfast check-out from the hotel and proceed from Punakha transfer – On the way  visit Do-Chula pass – After reaching Punakha check-in to the hotel – Overnight stay at Punakha.

DAY 5

Morning after breakfast check-out from the hotel and proceed for Punakha sightseeing – Places are visit - Punakha Dzong,Punakha Suspension Bridge, Botanical Garden – You can also enjoy the rafting – There after drive from Paro transfer – On the way visit natural beauty & Lunch on the way or at Punakha – On arrival check-in to the hotel – Overnight stay at Paro.

DAY 6

Morning after breakfast drive for Taksang Monastery (Tiger Nest Monastery) & Drugyal Dzong (Zero point) visit – Evening visit local market – Overnight stay at Paro.

DAY 7

Morning after breakfast check-out from hotel and transfer to Phuentsholing / Jaigaon – On arrival check-in at the hotel – Overnight stay at Phuentsholing / Jaigaon

DAY 8

Morning after breakfast check-out from the hotel and take the departure transfer to Gangtok - Upon arrival complete check-in formalities at your pre-booked hotel and spend rest of the day at leisure – Overnight stay at Gangtok. 

 

DAY 9

Morning after breakfast near about 7:00 a.m. – Permits are made for one day visit to Tsomgo Lake (height 12310 ft. & depth 50 ft.) & Baba Mandir – This is nearly 48 km drive and takes nearly 2.5 hours – Tsomgo lake is one of the holy lake of the region - A temple of Lord Shiva is built on the lakeside - Primula flowers and other alpine plantation provide an immaculate beauty to this place - Till April it is full of snow and lay frozen – Nathula Pass (Optional) visit has to be arranged the previous Night when Voters ID card will be asked for – Nathula Pass (India China Border 14200 ft.) once booked the amount is not refunded even if the trip get cancelled - Back to hotel for lunch or lunch on the way - The rest of the day is free - Evening one is free to stroll around M. G. Marg or the Local Market - Over night stay at Gangtok.

DAY 10

Morning 7:30 a.m. after breakfast proceed for Pelling transfer – Pelling is a very small Himalayan Town in West Sikkim and it’s also the nearest motor able point of Mt. Kanchenjunga, world’s 3rd highest peak – Overnight stay at Pelling.

DAY 11

Morning after breakfast drive for Pelling Sightseeing – Places are visit Rimbi Falls, Rock Garden, Kechodpalri Lake, Kechodpalri Monastery, Kanchenjunga water Falls, Pemayangtse Monastery, Rabdantse ruins Evening free to roam around the helipad or Shopping centre - Overnight stay at Pelling.

DAY 12

Morning 7:30 a.m. after breakfast chick-out from hotel and proceed for Kalimpong transfer – Kalimpong is a historical destination on the old silk route – It’s situated on the foothills of the Himalayas at an elevation of 4078 ft. – Kalimpong is a hill station buzzing with colourful people with lovely orchids, Gladiolus, rarest cacti and nurseries and offers spectacular views of the Mount Kanchenjunga and its range - It is ideal setting with milder climate for walks – Check-in to the hotel - Evening free to roam around the local market or nursery – Overnight stay at Kalimpong.

DAY 13

Today 8:30 a.m. after breakfast chick-out from the hotel and proceed Kalimpong half day sightseeing – Places are visit - Durpin Hill, Cactus Nursery, Dr. Graham's Homes, Mangal Dham, Hanuman Mandir, Delo Hill (5556 ft.) – After that proceed for Darjeeling transfer – Upon arrival complete check-in formalities at your pre-booked hotel and spend rest of the day at leisure – Overnight stay at Darjeeling. 

DAY 14

Early morning at around 3:45 a.m. drive to Tiger Hill, Batasia loop & Ghoom Monastery – Back to hotel within 8:00 a.m. – After breakfast Half Day city tour includes Padmaja Naidu Zoological Park, Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (Closed on Thursday), Ropeway, Tensing Rock, Tea Estate Visit, Natural History Museum (Sunday Closed), Peace Pagoda - Back to hotel – Overnight stay at Darjeeling.

DAY 15

Morning 8:00 a.m. after breakfast proceed for Mirik & Pashupati Fatak (India-Nepal Border) sightseeing – The average altitude of Mirik is about 5000 Ft. – The greatest reason to visit Mirik is its scenic views with the central attraction as the 1.25 K.M. long lovely lakes surrounded by Dhupi trees on it western bank and a vast garden on the eastern bank – Mirik is a tranquil laid back hill station – There are vantage points from where you can get lovely sights of Kanchenjunga snow peaks and of course the area is surrounded by many rolling tea estates on mountain slopes – Evening back to the Darjeeling – Overnight stay at Darjeeling.

DAY 16

Morning 7:30 a.m. after breakfast check-out from hotel on time & transfer to NJP Railway station / IXB Airport for your onward journey – Tour end.

  • Payment Mode:

    • Vehicle booking to be confirmed only after getting INR 10000.00 by cash / fund transfer (Non refundable) & remaining full payment will have to pay by cash only in advance before starting the journey. Otherwise HVH reserves the right to cancel the pre-booking service.

    Terms & Condition:

    • For late Arrival / Unscheduled extensions please must be reported in advance for necessary arrangement and action.
    • If by Strikes, Political Closures, War, Civil Disturbance, Natural calamity, Landslide, Non-permit, Flight / Train Cancellations, Accident, Breakdown, Weather, Sickness or any other unforeseen calamities car will go by different route, guest will be bare extra money for long route.
    • If Management/Agency/Authority/we are unable to provide the taxi service for any Strikes, Political Closures, War, Civil Disturbance, Natural calamity or any unforeseen calamities, that time we will refund only after deducting the expenditure of the travels.
    • North Sikkim / Tsomgo Lake / Baba Mandir / Nathula Pass permit are subject of availability.
    • If you can’t visit the Tsomgo Lake / Baba Mandir due to non-permit, landslide or any other reasons that time we will provide alternate sightseeing.
    • In case of breakdown we will be arrange swayable vehicle.
    • The HVH reserves the right to forfeit the package amount, in case of any cancellations from client side during the tour.
    • In case the client requiring any changes in the pre-booked service, such changes would be considered as new service. The cost for the new service is payable separately and adjustment with the cost of original service is not admissible. Such extension or alteration of the original service is subject to both HVH and the guests agreeing on the same. In case of any disagreement HVH commitment is limited to the service already booked.
    • The Management/Agency/Authority/we will not undertake liability towards any damage or loss of life or any property of the tourist due to an accident, theft, robbery, any illegal or immoral activity, any penalty by caused of activities against civic rule, natural calamities during the tour.
    • Vehicle for transfers & sightseeing. Vehicle will be available to guest as per itinerary only (Point to Point basis)
    • Our vehicle doesn’t go to bed and narrow road. Driver decision should be final.
    • Guests are requested to carry original copy of any Photo ID proof i.e. Passport & Voter ID & Aadhar card along with 6 copy passport size photographs.
    • Infants / Children / Students are requested to carry original copy of school / College Photo Identity card & Original birth certificate & Aadhar card along with 6 copy passport size photographs.
    • Additional sightseeing or extra usage of vehicle, other than mentioned in the itinerary, will need extra cost and directly payable on the spot.
    • AC will not work in hill areas or stopped / parked vehicle.
    • If guests want any changes in their sightseeing schedule they should be informed to our executive previous day before 16:00 hrs, after that no changes are allowed. If the guest inform after 16:00 hrs it will be consider as a cancellation with no refund or guest will pay extra cost for reschedule the sightseeing.
    • The guests are request to travel with minimum baggage (one baggage per person). In case of excess baggage the guest will have to opt for an extra vehicle for carrying the excess baggage. The cost for this extra vehicle will be pay by guest directly.
    • Bhutan entry Permit is subject of availability.
    • If any part of Bhutan the Indian vehicle not to be enter due to restricted zone that time if you will require any Bhutan vehicle, that extra cost will not to be including in package.
    • Debit Cards/Cheques are not accepted in Bhutan. Credit cards are accepted in selected establishments in Bhutan – So please carry sufficient cash. Indian currency will work (except 500 & 2000 rupee notes).
    • Tobacco & Tobacco products are banned in Bhutan. Do not bring any plant or agricultural product out of Bhutan. It is Illegal.
