DAY 1

Reach NJP Railway Station / IXB Airport, meet & greet by our office executive and transfer to Mankhim in an executive vehicle – Upon arrival complete check-in formalities at your pre-booked hotel and spend rest of the day at leisure – Overnight stay at Mankhim.

DAY 2

Sunrise over Mt. Kanchenjungha from Mankhim – Mesume at mankhim Sightseeing at Lampokhari (Aritar Lake), British Bungalow, Rai Temple, Kuikhola Waterfalls, Lingtum – Overnight stay at Zuluk.

 

DAY 3

Early morning sunrise trip to Thambi View point and continue to Nathang – Sightseeing at Zuluk, Zigzag road, Lungthung and reach Nathang – Overnight stay at Nathang.

DAY 4

Early morning sunrise trip to Eagle’s Nest Bunker or Lungthung – Return to Nathang for breakfast – Leave Nathang after breakfast for Gangtok – On the way sightseeing at Old Baba Mandir, Kupup Lake, New Baba Mandir, Menmecho Lake (we have to trek to reach Menmecho), Tukla Valley, Jelepla Pass, Yak Golf Course, Ice Hockey Field, Four Lake Point, Tsomgo (Changu) Lake - Overnight stay at Gangtok.

DAY 5

Morning 9:00 a.m. after breakfast drive for Lachen (altitude 8610 ft) via Seven Sister waterfalls – Lunch on the way – Reach Lachen late afternoon – Check-in to the hotel - Evening free to stroll or visit the Lachen Monastery and visit the Lepcha Village – Overnight stay at Lachen.

DAY 6

Morning after breakfast drive for Gurudongmar lake - A valley at an altitude of nearly 15800 feet – This is a holy Lake and is one of the most sacred place of worship for the Buddhist – The Lake gets frozen during winter barring a stretch which remains as water even at -20? C – The region is generally covered with snow from December to April - This is a stretch of cold desert till Tibet / China - After Lunch drive to Lachung – Overnight stay at Lachung

DAY 7

Morning after breakfast drive for 24 km (altitude 11800 ft) to Yumthang-valley – Known as Valley of Flowers, Yumthang is the summer grazing ground of the Yaks & winter playgrounds of Yetis - After lunch drive for Gangtok – On the way back visit the Hot Spring considered to have medicinal  properties – On arrival check-in to your Gangtok hotel – Overnight stay at Gangtok.

DAY 8

Morning 8:30 a.m. after breakfast chick-out to the hotel and proceed for Pelling transfer – On the way visit Ravangla & Namchi Char Dham sightseeing – Places are visit Sundupche, Buddha Park & Namchi Char Dham – Char Dham is a famous tourist attraction in Sikkim – The whole complex is divided in to four key elements, viz., (1) Shiva Statue with 12 Jyotirlingas (2) Char Dham (3) Sai Baba Temple and (4) Kirateshwar Statue as well Nandi bull the ride of Lord Shiva, Sai Dwar, Sai Temple, Kirat Dwar and Shiv Dwar – Overall it's a nice place that gives you positive vibes - Overnight stay at Pelling.

 

DAY 9

Morning 9:00 a.m. after breakfast drive for Pelling Sightseeing – Places are visit Rimbi Falls, Rock Garden, Kechodpalri Lake, Kechodpalri Monastery, Kanchenjunga water Falls, Pemayangtse Monastery, Rabdantse ruins Evening free to roam around the helipad or Shopping centre - Overnight stay at Pelling.

DAY 10

Morning 7:30 a.m. after breakfast chick-out from hotel and proceed for Kalimpong transfer – Kalimpong is a historical destination on the old silk route – It’s situated on the foothills of the Himalayas at an elevation of 4078 ft. – Kalimpong is a hill station buzzing with colourful people with lovely orchids, Gladiolus, rarest cacti and nurseries and offers spectacular views of the Mount Kanchenjunga and its range - It is ideal setting with milder climate for walks – Check-in to the hotel - Evening free to roam around the local market or nursery – Overnight stay at Kalimpong.

DAY 11

Today 8:30 a.m. after breakfast chick-out from the hotel and proceed Kalimpong half day sightseeing – Places are visit - Durpin Hill, Flowers & Cactus Nursery, Dr. Graham's Homes, Delo Hill (5556 ft.) – After that proceed for Darjeeling transfer – Upon arrival complete check-in formalities at your pre-booked hotel and spend rest of the day at leisure – Overnight stay at Darjeeling. 

 

DAY 12

Early morning at around 3:45 a.m. drive to Tiger Hill, Batasia loop & Ghoom Monastery – Back to hotel within 8:00 a.m. – After breakfast Half Day city tour includes Padmaja Naidu Zoological Park, Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (Closed on Thursday), Ropeway, Tensing Rock, Tea Estate Visit, Natural History Museum (Sunday Closed) - Back to hotel – Overnight stay at Darjeeling.

DAY 13

Morning 7:30 a.m. after breakfast, we shall check-out of the hotel and transfer NJP Railway Station / IXB Airport within 4:00 p.m. – On the way visit Mirik & Pashupati Fatak (India-Nepal Border) sightseeing – The average altitude of Mirik is about 5000 Ft. – The greatest reason to visit Mirik is its scenic views with the central attraction as the 1.25 K.M. long lovely lakes surrounded by Dhupi trees on it western bank and a vast garden on the eastern bank – Mirik is a tranquil laid back hill station – There are vantage points from where you can get lovely sights of Kanchenjunga snow peaks and of course the area is surrounded by many rolling tea estates on mountain slopes – Return Home with Happy memories and regret as you have to leave from these places..

    • Payment Mode:

    • Booking to be confirmed only after getting the token amount of INR 2000.00 by cash / fund transfer (Non refundable) & remaining full payment will have to pay by cash only in advance before starting the journey – Otherwise HVH reserves the right to cancel the pre-booking service.
    • If we get any booking from Travel Agency / Authority / Management against token amount – That time they have to libel to clear the remaining full payment – Otherwise we will be collect the remain full payment for Guest / Client directly.

    Terms & Condition:

    • For late Arrival / Unscheduled extensions please must be reported in advance for necessary arrangement and action.
    • If by Strikes, Political Closures, War, Civil Disturbance, Natural calamity, Landslide, Non-permit, Flight / Train Cancellations, Accident, Breakdown, Weather, Sickness or any other unforeseen calamities car will go by different route, guest will be bare extra money for long route.
    • North Sikkim / Silk Route / Tsomgo Lake / Baba Mandir / Nathula Pass permit are subject of availability.
    • If you can’t visit the Tsomgo Lake / Baba Mandir due to non-permit, landslide or any other reasons that time we will provide alternate sightseeing.
    • Permit hour at Rongli SDPO Office 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. only.
    • If Management/Agency/Authority/we are unable to provide the taxi service for any Strikes, Political Closures, War, Civil Disturbance, Natural calamity or any unforeseen calamities, that time we will refund only after deducting the expenditure of the travels.
    • In case of breakdown we will be arrange swayable vehicle.
    • The HVH reserves the right to forfeit the package amount, in case of any cancellations from client side during the tour.
    • In case the client requiring any changes in the pre-booked service, such changes would be considered as new service. The cost for the new service is payable separately and adjustment with the cost of original service is not admissible. Such extension or alteration of the original service is subject to both HVH and the guests agreeing on the same. In case of any disagreement HVH commitment is limited to the service already booked.
    • The Management/Agency/Authority/we will not undertake liability towards any damage or loss of life or any property of the tourist due to an accident, theft, robbery, any illegal or immoral activity, any penalty by caused of activities against civic rule, natural calamities during the tour.
    • Vehicle for transfers & sightseeing. Vehicle will be available to guest as per itinerary only (Point to Point basis)
    • Our vehicle doesn’t go to bed and narrow road. Driver decision should be final.
    • Guests are requested to carry original copy of any Photo ID proof (Except Pan Card) i.e. Passport / Driving License / Voter ID / Aadhar card along with 4 copy passport size photographs.
    • Children (above 5 years) / Students are requested to carry original copy of school / College Photo Identity card / Aadhar card along with 4 copy passport size photographs.
    • For Infants (below 5 years) carry 4 copy passport size photographs. Also carry the original birth certificate / Aadhar card.
    • Additional sightseeing or extra usage of vehicle, other than mentioned in the itinerary, will need extra cost and directly payable on the spot.
    • The guest should always keep cool with the drivers as they are not tourism educated and come from different remote villages.
    • As there is shortage of space for car parking in the entire Sikkim & Darjeeling region – guest will have to wait at the Lobby in time for the vehicle to start their sightseeing / transfers. Once our vehicle will leave the hotel area without picking up the guests & come back at parking stand then guest must have to arrange their own to reach at the parking stand.
    • AC will not work in hill areas or stopped / parked vehicle.
    • In Sikkim & Darjeeling region the same vehicles will not be providing for the entire tour, it will be changed sector-wise.
    • If any tourist spot do not complete which falls on closing day & if they wants to do the same on next day then they have to pay the extra cost for the vehicle.
    • If guests want any changes in their sightseeing schedule they should be informed to our executive previous day before 16:00 hrs, after that no changes are allowed. If the guest inform after 16:00 hrs it will be consider as a cancellation with no refund or guest will pay extra cost for reschedule the sightseeing.
    • The guests are request to travel with minimum baggage (one baggage per person). In case of excess baggage the guest will have to opt for an extra vehicle for carrying the excess baggage. The cost for this extra vehicle will be pay by guest directly.
    • In Gangtok city Traveller / Sumo or Similar will not to be enter in the GMC area. It will drop at Deorali Stand. Stand to hotel Drop / Pickup costing is not including in package.
    • Vehicle subject to availability and should be providing category wise availability not model wise.
    • All vehicle rates are subject to change for the increasing of fuel cost.
    • Rates are valid for Indian nationals only.
    • All dispute will subject to Siliguri jurisdiction only
